Hi there!
Hello and a warm welcome to Mindful Space!
My name is Megan- I’m a Mammy to 3 beautiful children, a supportive partner and
work full time. And I have ADHD. So you are in good company if your life feels quite
hectic!
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 32 and, sadly like many adult women, I have spent
most of my life wondering, “what’s wrong with me?” When I received my ADHD
diagnosis, I went through a _____ of emotions; initial relief of having some
understanding of myself, sorrow for ‘what could have been different’ had I known
sooner and, ultimately, frustration when it dawned on me that, even with this
knowledge, my struggles were still the same.
And this was where Mindful Space was born.
															What is mindfulness meditation?
Mindfulness is about observing our thoughts in the present without judgement, and
treating ourselves with compassion and kindness.
